iOS 16 Problems, Bugs & Issues: How to Fix Them?

iOS 16 was announced at the WWDC 22 event on June 6. iOS 16 got some significant changes. It is obvious that users will face significant flaws and glitches after updating to iOS 16. You can update your iPhone via Settings App> General> Download and Install. Here will discuss common iOS 16 problems, bugs, and issues that may occur after release.

Update September 12: iOS 16 update is now released to iPhone users. However, after upgrading to iOS 16, some users are encountering bugs on their iPhones.

  • Scrolling issues.
  • Apps are not updating instead it shows the “There was an error. Please try later” error.
  • Quick battery drain issues.
  • The wallpaper’s Depth Effect option is not working.
  • Lock Screen notifications’ location displaying at the bottom of the screen.

The battery may drain more quickly than expected after updating to iOS 16. To fix it, you have to navigate Settings >> General >> Background App refresh and Disable it. If Location Services aren’t a handy feature for you, you should turn it off. Also, do not forget to update all the apps to ensure they are compatible with iOS 16.

Another common iOS 16 problem could be app crashing. In this case,  you can update all the applications to the latest version so that apps are compatible with system software.

You may also face iOS 16 WiFi and Personal Hotspot issues. In this case, you can try to fix the problem by resetting Network Settings.
