How to Change or Reset File Associations in Windows 11

Windows 11 can only open programs for each file type. For example, if several programs for opening .JPG photos are installed, then the default program will open. If you need to open a photo in another program, then you need to manually change the file type association for this program. If you notice that files are opening in other programs that you are not using, then you can change or reset the default file associations in Windows 11.
