In build 22000.71 Windows 11, Microsoft removed the option to return the classic start menu from Windows 10. Maybe that will change for release, and we will update the article.

Step 1: Press Win + R and type Regedit to open Registry Editor. In the registry, go along the path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced

On the right, click on an empty field with the right mouse button.

New> 32-bit DWORD Value

Set the name to Start_ShowClassicMode.

Click on the created parameter twice.

Install 1 to return the Start Menu to Windows 10.

Step 2: Now, right-click on the taskbar itself and select Taskbar Options. Find and expand the Taskbar Behaviors column on the right, and then specify the Left alignment. After the steps are taken, restart your computer, and the start menu will look like in Windows 10.
